My Order

When your order was shipped, we sent you a message with your order tracking number and a link where you can find all the shipping information about your package. The message was sent through Email or SMS (Smartphone) depending on the contact information you provided at the time of purchase.

If you did not received any information, please contact us to rene@estambres.com with your Order Number and/or Shipping Address to locate your order and update you with your package information.

You cannot add more products to your order, but if you place a new order and send us an email to rene@estambres.com, we will gladly send everything in one package and refund the extra shipping cost (as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet).

For other changes in your order such as changing colors, or canceling items, please send us an email to rene@estambres.com

Please contact us to rene@estambres.com with your order number and a photograph of the items you received.

Shipping

We charge $5 USD flat, no matter your order size. We do not offer shipping options, orders are shipped based on size and weight. We mainly use USPS to handle shipping: small orders with weight less than 1LB are shipped through USPS First Class Mail (2-5 Business Days), larger orders above 1LB are shipped through USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days) and some considerably heavy orders are shipped through UPS Ground (1-5 Business Days).

Shipping Address can only be changed before shipping. Send us an email to rene@estambres.com as soon as possible with your order number and the right address, and we will gladly make the change.

Returns

We have 30-day Return policy, we only accept items that are still in New Condition. Please send us the items and a written note with your order number to the address below. Refunds are processed once the items arrive. Shipping cost for returns are not covered and are not refunded from the total amount of your order.
